PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Accounts payable experience.
• Possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Strong MS office and Excel
• Experience in a law firm is a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify and reconcile invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
• Generate timely and accurate reports for management review.
