ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST: DETAILS
Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Brentwood, TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $21.00-26.00/Hour | Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CT

REQUIREMENTS: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

* Able to make 30+ outbound phone calls per day
* Confident, energetic, and positive personality
* Accounting knowledge is preferred but not required
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

* Assist and review customer setup for all service groups
* Provide and make good sound business decisions based on credit reports and credit/payment history
* Post customer payments
* Code customer credits/debits properly
* Update and maintain receivables
* Works closely with Accounts Payable's group to perform daily duties
* Correspond with internal and external customers in a professional manner while assisting their invoice needs
* Verifies account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating all information that would relate too or applies
* Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history and or coordinating collection groups
