Ledgent Accounting is hiring an AP Specialist in Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of applicable experience in a professional environment.

Role: AP Specialist (Direct Hire)

Pay: $52,000-$55,000

Location: Manchester, NH (On-Site)

Premise: To provide support to accounting team in application and invoicing of payments.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable / General Ledger entries
• Full cycle AP processing (matching and batching)
• Weekly check runs
• Account reconciliation.
• Coding and Chart of Accounts

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of AP experience
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Experienced in professional services industry desired.
• Customer service orientated.
