AP Specialist

Our recruiting firm is partnering with a large manufacturer and distributor in Sunrise to find them an AP Specialist. This is a well-established company with year over year growth, looking to add to their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity best suited for someone available to start working as soon as possible.

Job Summary

• Process and post payments accurately
• Monitor due date schedule closely to avoid late fees
• Maintain clear and complete vendor files
• Research and resolve vendor inquiries
• Code, track, and batch invoices for processing

Qualifications

• Prior AP or Accounting Clerk experience is required
• Experience with an ERP system
• 100% onsite position to start
