Our recruiting firm is partnering with a construction company in Delray Beach, FL, to find them a AR Specialist. This is a well-established company looking for someone eager who is interested in long term growth and developing their career in the construction industry in South Florida

Job Summary

• AIA Billing
• Business to business collections via phone and email
• Enter and update information to reflect accurate customer information including dates contacted
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize accordingly
• Accept and post payments via ACH, credit cards, wires and checks
• Assist with processing liens and claim losses

Qualifications

• Some construction experience/ knowledge is required
• 1+ years of AR experience
• Experience with an ERP
• 100% onsite position
