Quinnipiac University is searching for an Assistant Director for Student Success and Leadership to support the university's commitment to educational equity and leadership development, and championing traditionally underrepresented students' access and retention success. Reporting to the Office of Inclusive Excellence and in partnership with Academic Affairs, you will be at the forefront of advocating for educational equity, promoting student enrollment and success, and shaping the future of emerging leaders through the Sawhney Leadership Fellows Program. This position will be 75% in the Office of Inclusive Excellence, 25% in the Office of Academic Affairs.
Simultaneously this position will coordinate a leadership development program tailored to the unique needs of Sawhney Leadership Fellows, fostering their growth as transformational leaders. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for dynamic and passionate leaders to make a lasting impact on the future of Quinnipiac University, fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and the development of the next generation of leaders.
This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
