What You Will Be Doing We're currently looking for several Assistant Superintendents to help us with our large scale projects in Boston, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.

-Assist superintendent with overall day to day duties onsite
-Help monitor safety onsite with help of Safety Manager
-Manage schedule and hold contractors/vendors accountable
-Manage change orders, purchase orders
-Develop relationships with inspectors and other city officials
What You Need for this Position A related bachelor's degree is preferred and at least 3 years of construction experience/knowledge of:

- Experience working for a general contractor, architectural, engineering firm or construction manager is required
- Commercial, retail, higher education, multifamily, healthcare and / or life-science projects are a plus
- Assist with scheduling and job site safety
- Help coordinate subcontractor progress
- Solid understanding of how to manage the dynamic relationships and components required for a a construction project
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.) and MS Project software
- Understanding of Procore or Bluebeam software desired but not required
