The Associate Director of Financial Aid with Penn Dental Medicine (PDM) will serve as primary contact for incoming and returning students in areas related to student loans, financial aid and billing. * FINANCIAL AID SUPPORT: Serve as PDM's primary point of contact for all student loan/financial aid related issues; including, meet with DMD and DADE students and/or families to discuss loan options as well as to provide counseling options
* FINANCIAL/BUDGETING SUPPORT: Create and communicate cost of attendance budget (non-tuition and related fees)
* FINANCIAL AID SUPPORT: Communicate and distribute financial aid/loans instructions and information to incoming students and returning students as scheduled
* TRAINING/LEADERSHIP: Coordinate and lead financial aid presentations and financial literacy sessions to incoming and returning students
* FINANCIAL AID SUPPORT: Monitor students' status; including, but not limited to loan application and enrollment applications. Address and resolve issues relevant to students' accounts
* FINANCIAL AID SUPPORT: Communicate information regarding Scholarships to stakeholders
* FINANCIAL/BUDGETING SUPPORT: In coordination with Student Financial Services, disperse Health Professions Loan
