Our Catastrophe Risk team is seeking candidates for the following position in our Boston, Philadelphia, New York City, Minneapolis or Morristown offices.

  • Support GC broking operations by performing the catastrophe risk analytics necessary for reinsurance evaluation, decision-making, and placement.
  • To act in an advisory fashion directly with our clients, in a wide range of areas.

  • Perform a wide range of catastrophe modeling projects.
  • Act as the catastrophe risk expert as part of our account teams.
  • Be a client advisor in areas such as catastrophe risk management, underwriting support, pricing adequacy, and reinsurance decision-making.
  • Take part in or lead internal initiatives.

What you need to have:
  • 3 - 7 years of experience with various catastrophe models.
  • Experience with a wide range of P&C insurance segments.
  • Knowledge of data storage and manipulation tools such as MS SQL, Alteryx, Python, R, etc.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the reinsurance industry.
