RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a BI Developer near Tampa, FL.Duties Include:- BI Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and support of business intelligence reports, dashboards, and queries
- Solves complex technical problems
- Creates testing methodology and criteria
- Designs and coordinates a curriculum for coaching and training customers in the use of business intelligence tools to enhance business decision-making capability
- Develops standards, policies, and procedures for the form, structure, and attributes of the business intelligence tools and systems
- Responsible for prototyping highly efficient solutions, preparing test scripts, and conducting tests for data reporting
- Accountable for quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of own work products
- SME for the user community to produce reporting requirements
- Responsible for prototyping highly efficient solutions, preparing test scripts, and conducting tests for business reporting solutions
- As a BI Developer, you will work independently within a team, and provides strategic technical project direction
- Estimates the technical work effort for medium to large-sized projects
- Serves as an escalation point for technical problems
- Identifies strategic tools and processes for improvement across the body of work within the assigned team
- Acts as a technical lead on projects across multiple company domains
- Keeps up with current trends in the technology market
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in the use of Power BI
- Agile Tools (Jira
- Experience with project testing, implementation, and deployment activities that include coordination of activities from more than one team
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Strong understanding of various relational database technologies
- Proficiency in multiple business intelligence technologies
- Ability to perform across all phases of system development for multiple complex projects including coding, technical design, and end-to-end testing
- Ability to clearly document own work products and review and contribute to the documentation across multiple projects
- Ability to identify problems or opportunities within the scope of the department's projects
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
