Our recruiting firm is partnering with a General Contractor in Boca Raton, to find them a Bookkeeper. This GC has been in business for over 30 years and specializes in commercial construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, AP, AR and special project accounting
- Handle release of liens and process AIA billings
- Bank and Project Cost reconciliations
- Payroll support
- Construction industry experience is required
- Experience with Sage 300 or Sage Timberline is required
- 100% onsite position
