Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business analyst

This position is for an established and productive professional individual contributor in Information Technology, who works independently with minimal supervision. Facilitates/documents business requirements in Business Requirements Documents (BRD), and develops current/future state process diagrams. Develops prototypes to facilitate/validate business requirements; documents use-cases required to support business requirements for application development, and developing requirements traceability matrixes as input for UAT. Handles global projects involving multiple countries, practices, and functions.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
  
• Provides traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions and ensures system testing encompasses existing capabilities of solution as well as future function point requirements.
• Identifies, verifies and documents functional requirements using Requirements Management methodology and tools.
• Identifies data elements and provides data mappings/dictionaries.
• Analyzes, designs, redesigns and documents "as is" and "to be" business processes.
• Ensures the development community has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Conducts/facilitates acceptance tests for solutions with user community, including, development of UAT test scenario and test scripts.
• Develops, delivers and evaluates training and supplemental materials.
• Conducts and analyzes feasibility studies/impacts assessments, regarding implementation of IT solutions against current state parameters (process, application use-cases, and non-functional impact).
• Partners with Business/IT in define and management of scope with each release.

• Work with technology focus team - document business requirements
• Features that businesses need for their processes
• Strong visually to put into a process flow diagram. Visually map out the process flows and where different technologies come into play
• New technologies such as Teams and Personal drives over to One-Drive
