Job Description Summary:
PayPal, Inc. seeks Business Intelligence Analyst in San Jose, CA:

Job Duties: Analyze and synthesize merchant product performance and health, triage issues, and provide recommendations on the best course solution and optimization. Uses analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making. Perform deep dive analyses on key business trends from multiple perspectives and package the insights into easily consumable presentations and documents. Support new product launches for merchants by ensuring constant monitoring is in place to track product performance. Build and maintain database systems and tools to track Merchant Product performance, identify root causes and pro-actively monitor KPIs & identify/close the gaps. Collaborate with various cross functional stakeholders and internal teams to ensure that the merchant's analytic needs are meet. Communicate analysis and deliver reports to senior leadership to keep them informed about the performance of tokenization products.

Job Description:

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a closely related quantitative discipline plus three years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a closely related quantitative discipline plus six years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
