Advertised Job Summary
To serve as a CarolinaCAP Coach in the field with the goal of improving and enhancing the effectiveness of the coaching model for all partner districts and all CarolinaCAP candidates.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in classroom teaching and/or instructional coaching. Must be willing to travel 50%.

Preferred Qualifications
SCTS 4.0 training; coaching skills and behaviors (Cognitive Coaching Seminar); knowledge of Micro-credentials & personalized learning; co-teaching models and approaches; and experience mentoring beginning teachers.
