Job Details:

The Finance Intern will work with the Finance and Operations group within the Commerce Marketing team. Our interns are expected to contribute to our success through immersion with the greater Commerce Marketing team and performance of budgetary and financial tasks that ensure the maintained performance of the marketing group. Based off initiative, this position offers exposure to leadership principles and networking opportunities across various enterprise business units.

Scope of Work:

Basic Budget Management

Deduction Reconciliation and Clearing

Invoice Confirmation

Cross Functional Meetings

Other Tasks as Assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university required. Students seeking a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, or Agriculture-related degree preferred.

Experience: Previous work experience of any kind is preferred, but not required.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred.

Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Special Skills: A successful candidate for an Intern position should possess the following: Be a motivated self-starter who has the desire to learn from others; ability to work independently or as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills; time management and multi-tasking abilities; and strong interpersonal skills.

Position-Specific Requirements: This internship is a year-round role where candidates are expected to work in person part-time (20 hours/week) during the school year and in person full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer. This is a paid internship located at our Springdale, Arkansas World Headquarters.
