Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Claims Examiner I. This person will Reviews and adjudicates paper/electronic claims. Determines whether to return, deny or pay claims following organizational policies and procedures.
- This is an onsite position at our Meridian, Idaho location
Preferred Experience:
1 years of health industry or relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Reviews claim and determines denial, acceptance, or a need for further investigation.
- Recognizes and reports issues and escalates, as necessary.
- Reviews existing claims for errors and omissions
- Interprets and applies all business rules, policies, and contracts.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
