Position Overview

Sanofi is entering year two of a multi-year agreement with Circana. They have recently purchased a vitamin brand, Qunol, and looking for insights support for this brand. You will have the opportunity to support this brand from the beginning and help shape the relationship with the client.

This is a hybrid role with on-site requirements of ~1 day per week in Morristown, NJ.

Client Insights Analysts at Circana possess and execute four key skill sets:

• Analytic Capability: Use a systematic approach to solving problems that involve breaking them into smaller pieces, tracking the implications of situations, generating multiple alternatives, and making comparisons of potential solutions before taking action.
• Quality Control: Drive to achieve high-quality results through effective data integrity.
• Planning and Organizing: Determine effort and resources required to meet objectives; able to plan, coordinate, and manage resources effectively to ensure task completion.
• Client Focus: Consistently act with client satisfaction in mind and follow through on commitments to ensure the needs of the client are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day requests from the Qunol team
• Unify+ report, story, and dashboard creation
• Assist in new item placement
• Fielding general client questions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with syndicated data, analytics, or category management
• Marketing and/or sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company or other companies using syndicated or point-of-sale (POS) data
• Knowledge of Health and Beauty categories is strongly preferred
• Experience with Circana Unify+ is strongly preferred

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $61,000 to $95,000.
