A day in the life.

As our Client Representative on the Business Insurance team, you'll be working directly with the Producer, Client Director, Client Advisor, and/or Client Executive. Supports, Client Director, Client Advisor, and/or Client Executive by performing by processing daily servicing tasks. Demonstrating team leadership.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• Education Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years knowledge of the commercial insurance industry, laws, products, coverage, and markets is essential.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers.

• Ability to proactively manage book of business and to develop healthy relationships in order to retain accounts.

• Be a self-starter; and problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• College degree preferred.
