Overview:

The Team Coordinator is responsible to provide clinical and administrative supervision to the Clinical Consultants. The role requires ongoing interactions with the Borough Manager to problem solve and ensure the Agency and ACS expectations are in alignment. The Team Coordinator, organize the day- day referral management, training, resources development and quality assurance for the borough office.

KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Provide documented weekly supervision and professional development training to consultants
  • Attend Safety and other conferences as needed
  • Complete job performance evaluations
  • Meet with Child Protective ACS managers and supervisory staff to help develop and deliver trainings to ACS staff as needed
  • Provide coverage for consultants when needed
  • Collect required data to measure level of clinical consultation services and effectiveness.
  • Manage the referral mailbox
  • Schedule follow-up meetings with service networks to discuss referral process, and client needs
  • Develop back- up systems to provide emergency clinical coverage as needed.
  • Attend weekly supervision
  • Coordinate the use of consultants where field visits and client interviews are required for engagement and intervention strategies
  • Maintain a log of requests for clinical consultation services.
  • Work a hybrid schedule

EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED:
  • LCSW, LMSW, LMHC or licensed psychologist
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience (both clinical and managerial).

• Knowledge of mental health, substance abuse, and domestic violence issues.

• Willingness to work the City Holiday schedule.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Working within diverse communities.
  • Direct practice with families using a family therapy model.
  • Agreement to work a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable with group supervision and commitment to work on professional development goals to improve adherence
