Contract to Hire - Staff Accountant

Are you a detail-oriented accountant looking for a challenging and rewarding temporary position with potential for full-time placement?

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing team. In this contract-to-hire role, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
* Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
* Maintain accurate general ledger records
* Prepare financial statements and reports
* Assist with month-end close procedures
* Other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a staff accountant role
* Proficient in accounting software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
