Overview
Brooks is seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to work closely with our Chelmsford Operations and Accounting teams to support the Semiconductor Business.
Job Description and Duties:
- Provide Cost and Inventory Accounting support to the Chelmsford MA Semiconductor Plant including:
- Reviewing variances to Standard Cost (PPV and Work Order Variances)
- Establishing standard costs for new products
- Work with the Production Planners to Review and Close Production Work Orders
- Reviewing variances to Standard Cost (PPV and Work Order Variances)
- Work with Operations and Supply Chain Management in updating the Forecast in Hyperion Planning for OCOGs for all Product Lines
- Consolidate Monthly Inventory results across all Brook's entities and product lines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- A minimum 4 years Cost/Inventory Accounting Experience in a Manufacturing environment. (preferably for a global operation)
- Strong Excel skills required.
- Experience with the Oracle ERP platform and Hyperion Planning are a plus.
