We are working to fill a an open Credit Represenative position with a long-term client in the WIlloghby area. While this position is fully remote, the equiptment is to be picked up from the client on your first day, located in the Northeast Ohio area. We Encourage all to apply!

PRINCIPAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Set-up new customers in the advertising system and make changes to accounts: address, phone number, customer type, etc.

2. Perform customer credit analysis.

3. Initiate collection dunning letters.

4. E-Mail copies of A/R statements and any statements that require tear sheets or affidavits.

5. Work the Unapplied Payment Report by identifying where payments should be applied on customer's accounts and applying the payments timely.

6. Receive returned mail and determine why it was returned and where it should be resent.

7. Research and reconcile customer accounts.

8. Ask for approval to send final demand requests to customers and send accounts to a third party collection agency, when necessary.

9. Assist with incoming phone calls.

10. Place customer accounts on a credit stop status and also remove the credit stop status. Communicate these account status changes to the field.

11. Release ads so they can be publishable in online and printed publications.

12. Other duties as assigned.
