Customer Service Specialist - Flint, MI
Responsibilities:
- Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives related to Customer Service.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Review and analyze basic or tactical Customer Service assignments.
- Conduct research, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions.
- Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations.
- Exercise independent judgment while adhering to function-specific policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience.
- Equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
