Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Assistant

Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Duration: 06+ months Contract
Location: Highland Heights, KY

Note: Location: Remote, should be close to Highland Heights, KY.
Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift 9:00 - 5:30. Would like to convert to perm, based on business performance

Job Description:

  • Under general supervision, the Data Entry Assistant enters/maintains site database with accuracy and within assigned timelines.
  • The Data Entry Assistant also provides clerical support for Investigator Services including faxing documents and follow up, filing and storage of documents and other duties as assigned or required.
  • Handling order supplies and resending of reports requests received by fax or e-mail will also be the responsibility of the Data Entry Assistant.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required and
  • 6 months customer service, administrative, or laboratory experience required, or
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Accurate data entry skills with basic to intermediate level of computer literacy.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette in the English language
  • Skilful in typing, filing, and basic computers.
