Summary of Role:

Growing Business Transformation Office at GLOBALFOUNDRIES seeks a personable and highly motivated Program Manager / Operating model change driver to support a major technology transformation program in day-to-day project management tasks and activities.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Sr. Director of Business Transformation, lead all aspects of multi-phase operating model implementation in collaborating with manufacturing teams.
  • Be a change agent and drive proactive and productive conversations to improve adaptation of the new improved operating models and Best-Known Methods.
  • Accountable for understanding business needs and program milestones, and working with manufacturing teams, Business capability group leads, Solution delivery teams, and Partners to drive readiness for system implementation and provide feedback timely.
  • Must be comfortable in matrix management environments and work effectively with others in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.
  • Provide consistent and clear communications between all project stakeholders and report on progress to the Executive Steering Committee (VP, SVP, COO)
  • Success in the role is by demonstrating the ability to get stakeholder buy in at a faster rate, implementation of the operating models on time, and have zero to minimum impact to operations from system rollout.

Other Responsibilities:
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business administration, Information Systems, Program Management, or related discipline is required.
  • Experience in leading change management initiatives, developing and implementing business process improvements, and managing stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint) T
  • Travel - Up to 10% Fluency in English Language - written & verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Experience in leading large change management program/implementation with stakeholder alignment
  • Background in consulting with ability to create story boards/presentations with quick turnaround.
  • Certifications or training in change management methodologies

Expected Salary Range
$128,100.00 - $256,600.00
