Basic Job Functions:
- Lead and supervise the Engineering team to take care of our customers by:
- Providing mentoring, coaching and accountability
- Assuring consistent application of current policies, procedures, and practices
- Monitoring and reporting weekly payroll information, tracking, and coordinating vacation
- Overseeing and managing individual work schedules
- Providing "World Class" service, meeting customer needs quickly and effectively.
- Partner with Division Leadership team to drive continuous improvement.
- Support business development through customer and specifier interactions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Registered PE
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience
- Insulated Metal Panel, Metal Buildings or Structural Steel Design and/or Detailing Experience
- Building code experience with IBC, ASCE, IECC, etc.
