Desktop Support Analyst

Location: 5 days/week on site West Chester, PA

Duration: 6+ month contract

Pay: 20-25/hr W2

We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support Analyst to join our IT team. The Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, ensuring their desktop and laptop systems, software applications, and peripherals are functioning effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and a passion for resolving technical issues in a timely manner.

Required:

1. Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role, providing technical support to end-users in a corporate environment.
2. Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows and macOS, as well as Microsoft Office suite and other common business applications.
3. Experience with hardware troubleshooting, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
4. Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems for incident management and tracking.
