Our client in downtown Boston (North Station area) is a global retailer seeking a Global Digital Creative Operations Manager for a 7+ month contract role ONSITE 4 days a week (no flexibility). This creative manager will ead global design and copy sprint workflow and execution, resource allocation tracking & planning and project management of seasonal visual design system & narrative framework creation.

The pay rate is $50/hr, 40 hours a week and onsite Monday-Thursday (remote Fridays). Beacon Hill Staffing offers Health Dental and Vision benefits to its contracted employees.

Responsibilities:

Lead global design and copy sprint workflow and execution
* Resource allocation tracking & planning
* Project management of seasonal visual design system & narrative framework creation
* Assist with updates & governance of our online Standards & Guidelines/Onboarding portal
* Document new processes and best practices as needed
* Understand the vision and strategy of our team at a macro level and be able to implement micro level projects to execute against that strategy.
* Always be looking for ways to find efficiencies and better ways to working
* Operational excellence always: ensure you deliver high quality work, on time and on budget 100% of the time
