Our client is searching for a Digital Platform Operations Manager to join a growing Digital Strategy & Operations team as the platform operations and delivery services manager (content studio, marketing automation & field digital) for select brands. In addition to managing the successful and timely delivery with high quality, he/she will manage and prioritize demand (in partnership with the service provider) and instill measurable enhancements and improvements related to execution of digital marketing tactics across brands and franchises.
Responsibilities • Manage assigned franchise / therapeutic area digital production and campaign management operations activities and processes with the partnership of franchise mapped service providers
• Ensure the timely, high quality, and cost-effective execution of digital marketing tactics (e.g. websites, email marketing, field digital assets, etc.) per campaign and business objectives
• Ensure SLAs for the projects they are leading are met
• Ensure that tagging for all non-paid media digital assets are setup correctly, completely and in alignment with brand goals / objectives
• Lead relevant forums with internal and external stakeholders to discuss status and ensure projects stay on track by capturing & resolving all risks
• Manage tactics within and across channels to ensure seamless customer experience
• Partner with internal stakeholders (DSAA, IT, Regulatory, Privacy etc.) and external partners to pull through digital data capture standardization, consent, content tagging etc.
• Partner with relevant stakeholders to resolve risks / issues and prioritize US PH platform/ services enhancements
• Support creation of and maintenance of Digital Ops SOPs, tools, and templates within the a Digital Operations Ways of Working
• Participate in digital governance across digital services and help prioritize tactics with marketing service providers to drive quality and timely delivery
Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 8 Years of business experience including 5 years of digital project management or operations experience with expertise in digital production (e.g. web development) and campaign management activities in Pharmaceuticals industry
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics (e.g. websites, email, paid media, social media, SEO, mobile apps, etc.) and the technology platforms that enable them
• Experience working with digital marketing technologies such as marketing automation (SFMC, Adobe Campaign), web content management systems (Drupal, AEM, etc.) and Field Digital (Veeva)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences alike
• Robust analytical skills to evaluate operational performance and identify efficiencies or areas of improvement
• Excellent project, program, and portfolio management skills in a digital domain, with attention to detail, sense of urgency, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Skilled relationship-builder and cross-functional collaborator, able to manage priorities and drive results across a broad set of internal and external stakeholders
• Pharma/biotech experience, either in-house or via agency/service provider experience preferred
