Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $79,000.00 - $119,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

This position supports the strategic direction of the Bank's Commercial Digital business. The main purpose of this job is to support the growth and profitability of the commercial online and mobile channels, including the identification and development of new product opportunities. You will join the product channel team through all phases of discovery, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of our applications and services, while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.

Successful candidate must be a self-starter possessing a broad base of analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment. This role requires demonstrated organization ability; ensuring activities are effectively planned, executed, and communicated to achieve project and business goals. Successful candidates will also be effective members of a highly collaborative team supporting and sharing knowledge with team members. Solid and proven communication, elicitation and facilitation skills should be matched by robust documentation skills. The ideal candidate will be highly organizational and proactive in improving the efficiency and performance of processes.

Essential Functions

  • Contribute to the planning, development and implementation of all business initiatives and tasks, leading and supporting as needs dictate
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of product strategy and functionality with management oversight
  • Maintain open communication and alignment across multiple lines of business, including sales, marketing, operations, support, development and IT
  • Develop deep expertise in our products and services and provide training and mentorship to others
  • Review and provide feedback on design and UX flow
  • Perform market research and gain insight into customer needs; Identify opportunities to solve market problems
  • Facilitate task-based meetings, such as priority or status meetings
  • Contribute to and coordinate product launches, feature releases, and customer conversions, alongside partners including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, IT, Customer Support, etc
  • Create and maintain supporting documentation and training materials for released and available functionality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Preferred
  • Knowledge of Commercial Payments, online channels, and the underlying technologies; including knowledge of best practices
  • Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with multiple technical & non-technical groups
  • Ability to understand and interpret the needs and preferences of multiple customer and user archetypes, and balance those with the business and operational needs of the bank.
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Innovative, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years product management or related experience required

*Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days per week

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Commerce, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $79,000 - $119,000. Depending on the job level, this position may be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
