Primary Location:We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.Job Summary:The director of technology projects will provide project management and direction to the planning, execution and completion of large scale, technically complex projects. Provide project management leadership for one or more multi-disciplined project teams comprised of technical and subject matter experts working in different phases of unrelated projects. May manage a number of projects simultaneously.Required Qualifications:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through planning, assigning and overseeing diverse activities.
• Define project goals, objectives, scope and estimates of schedules, resources and costs involving multiple projects being conducted simultaneously.
• Direct project execution through continual coordination of planning, tasking, change control and issue management.
• Escalate issues as deemed appropriate.
• Confer with functional users within an assigned business or service area to develop plans to address business needs.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Initiate communications among project teams, customers and appropriate levels of management.
• Deliver project status reports and presentations.
• Ensure timely and on-budget delivery and project implementation.

Physical Demands, Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Positions in this class typically require talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Occasional physical effort required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Master's degree preferred.
Seven (7) years of experienced project management with proven ability to lead enterprise applications projects.

Equivalency Language
Equivalent combination of education and two additional (2) years of directly related experience required.

Licenses and Certifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI required.

Salary Minimum

$92,862.00

Compensation is determined based on experience
