ARS/Rescue Rooter is one of the fastest growing companies in North America, providing Plumbing services to our customers. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Dispatcher /CSR to join our team.

This friendly professional will answer customer calls within a busy call-center environment, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. Responding in a timely fashion to customer queries, this individual will take care of our customers' needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

Qualifications

• Service dispatching experience preferred (preference given to candidates with plumbing or HVAC industry experience).
• 2 years phone-based customer service experience required.
• Excellent communication & computer skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
