We are looking for an Environmental Chemistry Data Validator/Laboratory Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. The role is open for our US offices with a preference for the Northeast. Position would be Hybrid-Remote (must be willing to travel for training, approx. 2 weeks).

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Provide technical support to project teams working with a diverse range of industry clients on a broad portfolio of projects
  • Deliver and be accountable for technical assignments involving data quality assessments to ensure project objectives are met
  • Perform data verifications and validations using USEPA and regional guidance
  • Utilize your professional decision-making, communication, time management and technical skills
  • Collaborate across the organization with internal project teams, as well as with outside consultants and laboratories
What you will bring to the team:
  • 4-year Bachelor of Science (chemistry - preferred, biology, natural science) or Environmental Science degree
  • 1 - 5 years environmental laboratory experience (analytical bench chemistry preferred)
  • Preferred candidate will have experience with environmental data review and/or validation and knowledge of regional quality standards used for decision making
  • Experience with preparing documents for Quality Assurance Project Plans a plus
  • Ability to communicate well at a personal and technical level
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
