Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Event & Sponsorship Manager will proactively coordinate workflow for various events supporting CoreLogic Insurance Solutions. This person will assist with coordinating and logistics for conferences, trade shows, and various meetings. This role requires strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented individual who can manage project deadlines and coordinate across internal functional areas and external vendors to ensure a successful event.

Job Requirements

  • Provide logistical support and workflow coordination for conferences and meetings. Duties include ordering/shipping of giveaways and booth materials, sourcing restaurants for client dinners, creating registration sites, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage CoreLogic's INTRConnect sponsor relations, including acquisition, outreach, and contract deliverables, in a detail-oriented, professional, and timely manner in accordance with sponsor revenue goals.
  • Create and manage project plans for all events and conferences, managing deadlines and deliverables across internal resources.
  • Assist in facilitating marketing requests associated with events and drafting attendee communications.
  • Assist in all aspects of an assigned event, from pre-planning and remote and on-site coordination to post-event follow-up.
  • Provide superior customer service and support to internal stakeholders and develop effective and collaborative relationships.
  • Order supplies as needed for events.
  • Order and maintain conference/sales promotional giveaways.
  • Ability to travel domestically at least 10-15% of the time.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple pressing priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
  • Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.

Job Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience coordinating all aspects of event participation and execution.
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and ownership in planning and implementing events.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of firm members, with the aptitude to take care of client's needs in a proactive, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to set and redefine priorities and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to source and liaise with external parties to secure the best possible service.
  • Project Management Experience (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Annual Pay Range:
64,700 - 65,000 USD
