What Will You Do?
- Drive strategy execution and mobilize workers across teams to achieve stellar results
- Work to identify, evaluate and execute large-scale organizational projects that sustainably enhance employee and customer experiences while encouraging efficiency and performance.
- Reinforce company culture through the deployment of initiatives that help sustain and shape future business growth, aligning with the Holman Way.
- Supports change management initiatives impacting the Holman Businesses
- Continuously develops and evolves strategy to increase organizational efficiencies, in collaboration with leadership to ensure initiatives are in line with corporate priorities.
- Participate in ongoing analysis of key engagement trends and develop, evaluate and implement new processes to continually enhance our culture
- Provide leadership support and manage the annual and 5-year strategic planning processes, including facilitating strategy sessions, running executive work-streams and owning responsibility for successful outcomes
- Serve as both a liaison and strategic partner to the business leadership teams, conducting monthly strategic priority review meetings to align their goals and objectives, recommend solutions and help them identify areas of focus and opportunity
- Identify, utilize and create both traditional and modern strategy frameworks and assessment tools to analyze data and to understand challenges, opportunities and risks
- Present and explain findings to the leadership team and key stakeholders in concise, impactful presentations
Relevant Experience:
- 10+ years' work experience with expanding management responsibilities; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred
- Multi-year experience leading high performing team
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in related field preferred
- Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills required
- Change Management and Facilitation expertise
- Ability to manage project scope and a project team to achieve defined objectives
- Strong ability to collect and interpret feedback/information to construct emerging solutions
- Strong ability to analyze data, discover trends and create insights
