Job Title: Financial Analyst Basic (1-3 years) 291805-1

Location: Newark, DE

Expected Duration: 6 Months possible extension

Pay rate $31.69/hr on W2

* Administering external financial reporting cycles via the Automated Strategic Attestation Platform (ASAP) tool, including creating new cycles and administering the various stages of each attestation cycle

* Providing training and guidance to support consistent application of the standards and corresponding processes

* Planning, preparation, and administration of attestation cycles in ASAP on a monthly and quarterly basis. Includes establishing new cycles, kicking off each stage with requisite communications, processing changes, and closing cycles

* Providing daily support of attestation cycles through primary ownership of central mailbox, addressing time-sensitive stakeholder needs by making decisions and processing change requests, and escalating requests

* Providing data analytics and metrics related to attestations, as needed

* Monitoring and reviewing the progress of attestation cycles for potential risks impacting the on-time filing of external reports

* Supporting the enhancement of the ASAP tool and metrics/reporting platform by performing testing activities
