Job Details:

This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product thru the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line.

• Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
  
• This position will also be responsible for Pre-Op and break down of the marination tumbler equipment at the beginning and end of the shift; Retrieving all ingredients required for marination of diced and pressed meat product.
  
• Person in this position will ensure proper ingredients and quantities are used for marination formulas and ensure marination mix is maintained to proper temperature and in accordance to specifications.
  
• Team member in this position will communicate any issues to the Lead and/or Supervisor immediately, and perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to verify the correct product, ingredients and amounts are utilized for marination mixes.
  
• Basic math (adding and subtracting) skills are required to keep track of the pounds needed and dumped into the marination tank.
  
• Must be able to obtain the pallet jack license after being in the job for 2 weeks.
  

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 pounds.
  
• Must be able to constantly climb stairs while carrying ingredients to dump into to the marination tank.
