Job Details:

PAY is $18.05 per hour PLUS an additional $2.00 per hour shift premium.

Schedule is 6 PM to 6 AM: 6-7 days a week.

I. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB
This essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

Job Description: This position is responsible for checking the loading of the trailers to ensure the product is properly loaded in accordance with the load sheets.

Job Synopsis: The Manifestor 4 (Loader) obtains load sheets from the Lead; checks pallets as they are being loaded to ensure products are loaded correctly; counts boxes on pallets to make certain correct number is loaded per orders; checks pallets as they are loaded into the trailers for proper arrangement to ensure protection from damage during shipping; provides breaks for the Forklift Drivers as needed; and fills in for absenteeism as necessary.

II. MUSCULAR / SKELETAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB

1. Capable of visually inspecting product by the boxes.

2. Bending, twisting and turning

3. Good hand / eye coordination.
4. Must be able to walk and stand the duration of the shift.
5. Capable of working in excess of 8 hours per shift and up to 6 or 7 days per week when required.

IV. M1NIMUM EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, DIPLOMA OR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE REQUIRED PERFORMING THE JOB FUNCTIONS.

1. Good previous work and attendance record.
2. Capable of performing all listed job functions.
3. Must be able to read and write.
4. Must have very good basic math skills.
5. Must be willing to work weekends when required.
