Garnishment Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is recruiting for a Garnishment Specialist in the Conshohocken, PA area!

Monday through Friday - flexible (40) hour schedule between 7 AM - 6 PM

On-site required

Temp to hire

Pay rate - 25.00 to 27.00 per hour - DOE

Responsibilities:

• Prepare incoming (via mail, fax, scan) garnishment documents to upload into ADP portal.

• Respond to ADP Communications requiring research, missing information, or further action. Open and refer emails from general Garnishment Inbox to coworkers for processing.

• Make phone calls to (or email) Employees, Plaintiffs, Courts, or Attorneys for communicating or retrieving garnishment information.

• Complete interrogatories that may require math calculations.

• Scan completed garnishment documents into SharePoint.

• Assist with special projects given by manager utilizing EXCEL spreadsheets.

• Other duties as needed.

Education:

• High School Diploma / GED.

• Associate degree preferred.

• 1 - 3 years of related experience required.

Qualifications:

• Garnishment processing knowledge/experience required.

• ADP payroll or ADP garnishment knowledge a plus.

• Good oral/written communication & organizational skills.

• Problem solving skills/ Pro-active.

• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, & intermediate Excel.

• Good math aptitude.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical deadlines.

• Positive attitude - flexible/adaptable/team player.

• Drug test and Background Check
