As the Group Product Manager, you'll lead a team of passionate product managers, spearheading global product strategies and ensuring our Power Distribution Units and Uninterruptible Power Supply portfolios align with revenue and financial goals. If you're a visionary leader with a knack for developing high-impact products and empowering teams, we want you on board!

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute global product strategies, crafting roadmaps that resonate with targeted markets, regions, verticals, and customers.
  • Lifecycle Management: Lead the execution of all stages of the product lifecycle across multiple product lines, ensuring seamless transitions from ideation to launch.
  • Pricing Mastery: Establish pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and achieve margin targets, driving profitability while delivering value to customers.
  • Financial Acumen: Identify and initiate cost reductions to achieve financial targets, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing returns on investment.
  • Team Development: Empower and develop your team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Act on customer needs to develop requirements that resonate in the market and solve critical customer problems, utilizing highly skilled Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback collection techniques.
  • Market Insight: Lead competitive analysis activities, delving into product Value Proposition, Competitive Landscape, Market sizing, and share, as well as Pricing strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Financial Oversight: Lead the fiscal monitoring of the product portfolio, conducting quarterly updates and financial performance reviews to support overarching business strategy.
What You Will Bring
  • Undergraduate degree required in Engineering, science, or related technical field. MBA preferred for added strategic insight.
  • 10 or more years of experience, including significant exposure to power supply operations.
  • 5 years' experience in management roles, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire teams toward shared goals.
