Position: Temporary HR Assistant

Location: Nashua, New Hampshire (100% onsite)

Type: Full-Time (Temporary) ~ 3-4 months

Pay: $23 - $25/hourly depending on experience

Overview: As a Temporary HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the HR department with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes. You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and providing support in recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in the onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Process HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters
  • Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:
  • 2 years of previous experience in HR is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
