Job Description

The Position

The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting group HR leadership in a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment/onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding. Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to identify and select qualified candidates. Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientation programs.
• HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in UKG Pro. Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes. Assist with the expansion of UKG Pro internationally.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on conflict resolution. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure fair and consistent outcomes. Foster a positive work environment and act as a liaison between employees and management.
• Performance Management: Administer the performance review process and provide support to managers in goal planning and performance improvement plans. Assist in developing and implementing employee development programs.
• HR Compliance: Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, new hire enrollment. Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide assistance in problem resolution.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) a plus.
• Experience with talent management and succession planning preferred.
• Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
