Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and assess HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Forecast workforce trends and plan for future staffing needs.
  • Oversee recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and advise on compliance.
  • Process payroll accurately and timely using payroll software.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment.
  • Manage open enrollment and communicate benefits information.
Requirements:
  • Proficient with UKG.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR management experience, focusing on payroll and benefits.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax laws, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPP) is a plus.
Additional Information:
  • Pay range: $80k-95k
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm
  • Location: Hybrid- in office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday & Friday ( Must be willing to come into the office) in Bloomington, MN
