HR Systems Lead

Summary:

This role will lead a team of HRIS analysts responsible for the maintenance and support needs of several HR systems (not including Workday). This role will partner with the Director of HR Technology to develop future-state system strategies, including process automation, system enhancements and overall design. The HR Systems team will also be the first point of contact for HR projects and will support requirements gathering, testing, prioritization, and other activities.
Responsibilities Include: Lead a team of business analysts responsible for various HR systems support (requirements analysis, testing, configuration) Team will be the first point of contact for HR project requests and ensure all project details are captured and prioritized. Work to continually improve system enhancements, testing processes and auditing
Assign support tickets and major projects to the team

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's/Associates Degree or comparable experience
Experience: 3+ year experience as an HR systems business analyst, plus 3+ years' experience in HR. Experience leading a team of analysts preferred
Special Skills: Experience managing SLAs and resources assigned to various HR systems projects
