Responsibilities

At Blue Dot, the value of your customer service delivery will never go unnoticed, the opportunity for career advancement is abundant and the income potential is high! We are seeking HVAC Technicians who can troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.

Technicians can expect:

• Year-round full-time work.

Qualifications

• Three plus years performing Residential HVAC Troubleshooting, sales, service and repair
• Willingness to put in late hours and weekends when needed
• EPA Certification is a MUST for all Techs: Type I & II or Universal
• Maryland HVAC Journeyman or Master required
• Hired candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screens, driving record check and background checks.
