Established company is seeking a bilingual receptionist to start immediately in the greater Pasadena, CA area! Pay: $18-20/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors
  • Answering phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and responding to inquiries
  • Handle/process mail and packages
  • Data entry, filing, schanning, and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with any visitor access

Qualifications:
  • Must be bilingual spanish
  • Previous office experience required
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Office and computer proficient
