Job Description: Finance Internship - PCA Finance

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our impactful team of finance professionals. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of finance and contribute to the success of our business unit. You will work closely with our team to support various financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your financial skills and gain exposure to the operations of a dynamic business unit.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using various reporting tools and applications.

• Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of reporting and data deliverables.

• Collect, compile, and verify financial information to provide accurate and timely information for decision-making.

• Support cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement in process and controls environments.

Education:

• Required: Full time student pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the finance function

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability

• The ability to handle multiple assignments, has good judgement and prioritizes projects and time effectively

• Is curious to understand business performance with an analytical mind and is focused in approach to quality, attention to detail and is passionate about delivery

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
