The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

JOB INPUTS

  • Understand the HSBS value proposition and articulate it to prospects of all sizes and complexity
  • Effectively present Holman Marketplace capabilities to prospects
  • Explain standard upfitting to prospects as needed in an accurate and effective way
  • Follow up on all assigned external leads
  • Receive and follow up on internal leads generated from a variety of sources
    • Marketing
    • Referrals
    • "SDR" reps that work for Holman Fleet
    • Channels leads after the first 12 months of channel execution
  • Track leads and prosects using Microsoft Dynamics
  • Effectively conduct prospect calls with leads and prepare proposals
  • Work closely with Operations Team to confirm capabilities and ensure a smooth implementation
  • Manage the entire buyer journey from lead to close

Education and/or Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a sales & customer facing role, preferably in some aspect of the automotive/fleet space.
  • Breadth and depth of expertise in a technical or functional area; knowledge of work processes and tools is generally limited to own area of responsibility or department
  • Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
  • Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency.

  • Ability to deal with multiple prospects at the same time without sacrificing customer service
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking and prioritization
  • Effectively manages time and consistently meets deadlines with some guidance from manager

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $67,670.00 - $98,125.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
