• This position requires a strategic approach rather than extensive involvement in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the implementation of strategies and drive business growth. They should possess the ability to evaluate the company's current status, devise strategic plans, and forecast the organization's trajectory over the next five years.

Position Overview:

• As the Information Technology Director, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our organization's IT systems and infrastructure. This position is essential for driving technological advancements while ensuring the integrity of existing technology to support both short-term efficiency and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap tailored to the needs of each department, while aligning with our corporate structure. This includes managing staffing, budgeting, rollout timing, and ongoing technical support.

• Establish protocols for business continuity to mitigate disruptions during emergency situations or data loss.

• Set standards for efficiency and effectiveness, analyzing the performance of IT infrastructure and systems to evaluate operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other essential metrics.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external IT vendors and service providers, overseeing contract negotiation and administration.

• Create project plans and proposals that outline objectives, IT requirements, business impact, and investment needs for proposed systems.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by your supervisor, with on-site attendance being essential for effective performance.

• Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment, hiring, and management of the information technology department.

• Conduct performance management for direct reports in line with company values, objectives, and policies.

• Provide mentoring, coaching, training, and support to foster a high-performing and accountable team.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of IT functions, including server hardware, network design, security, telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for innovative solutions to complex problems.

• Proficient project management skills, with the capability to guide and train various company resources to meet project deadlines.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field is mandatory.

• 10+ years of experience in information technology, with at least

• 7+ years in a supervisory/management/leadership experience
