RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Sunrise, FL.Responsibilities:
  • Respond to service escalation calls and tickets, troubleshoot the nature/cause of reported problems, and take necessary steps to resolve issues in a timely and consistent manner; Escalate problems to other IT staff/vendors as necessary
  • Appropriately prioritize calls/requests according to their impact on the business and productivity; Follow up on all outstanding tickets until the items are closed; Follow up with affected parties to inform them in the event escalation occurs and/or confirm satisfaction
  • Ensure that requests are recorded, managed, and closed appropriately in the Help Desk ticketing system (Salesforce)
  • Provide video conferencing support
  • Monitor the printer supplies inventory and check active supply levels
  • Help manage user accounts in multiple applications/databases, including the immediate revocation of access for all terminated employees/3rd party vendors
  • Troubleshoot PC and laptop issues, printer problems, and phone system challenges
  • Imaging and deployment of workstations
  • Conduct IT Onboarding sessions with new hires
  • Assist with the relocation of IT equipment within corporate offices
  • Maintain security key fob user access for multiple locations
  • Manage and monitor internal company assets to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Provide periodic training for all employees regarding Microsoft 365 products and supporting applications
  • Provide Microsoft 365 support to staff where needed
  • Establish and maintain documentation and best practices for both the production and development server environments
  • Responsible for administration and support of a Windows server environment
  • Assist with administration and support of Azure Infrastructure environment, the Network of Cisco Meraki/Aerohive networking equipment, Proofpoint Email Essentials, KnowBe4, and Sophos Intercept security tools


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in a technical college institute or undergraduate degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support roles
  • Experience administering Microsoft365
  • Active Directory user and Group Policy maintenance experience
  • Knowledge of common computing terminology and practices required
  • Knowledge of PC hardware, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS, Android) required
  • Strong customer service orientation; Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users
  • Experience with Salesforce and HRIS systems (Ex. PrismHR and isolved) preferred
  • Experience administering Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service preferred
  • Experience administering Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Switches, and Wireless Access Points preferred
  • Experience with Sophos Intercept, Microsoft WSUS, and Bit locker hard drive encryption preferred
  • Knowledge of Client PC/laptop connectivity - WIFI, ethernet, TCP/IP, RDP and VPN preferred


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
